Of course it should be rated and I believe that by using 5 stars in a review it is with intention and value in the work or action of the people who take this space as an opportunity for expression, it is to show our values first and foremost and not because of that I want to cancel the experience of anyone else, I say this from the interest that drives or leaves alone the personnel who thus decide to use or not a space that is more than public, of character or conduct in a personal state, whether faults or errors, even so, I also give my respect to the entire public because I know that I have more spelling mistakes than perhaps any of those who have done it, I hope to improve in the meantime I use my cadences to reaffirm that if the intention is to improve some service or person to expose publicly, it is more of whom and because I am here for the benefit and in gratitude I respond to my experience if I note that now I know that I have many improvements to make and thank you because I still have the opportunity to say thank you to Docu Vault and Google map for the time and space and to be part of this open platform in service of all participants we all learn and calmly We act better only with patience and we do not buy it or give it away as individuals it is up to us to identify it and make it our own.

We used DocuVault for two shred jobs, one in Lakewood one at a storage unit in Thornton. Both drivers called ahead to say they were on their way & were very friendly. They didn't try to add any additional fees on the day of and their prices were 1/2 that of the shredding company we had used in the past. We were accidentally overcharged on one pickup, but they quickly responded to fix the mistake and refund the overpayment. I would use them again in the future and definitely recommend.

Wonderful customer service. They went way above and beyond to take care of the many boxes I needed to have shredded. I dealt with Sherode and Gary and I was so happy with both their kindness and willingness to meet the schedule I needed. I highly recommend them for any residential shredding.

Lester Fowler is our service provider and we have great rapport with him. Whenever we have a slightly special request he's able to accommodate and if he can't, he tells us next steps in order to get things done. We couldn't be happier with Lester as our service person.

Horrible attitude. This employee of docuvault parked over the line making it very hard for me to get in the car(I am just out of back surgery) when confronted about how inconsiderate it was to overlap a handicap parking spot he threatened my mother. "I'm from philly." I hope this doesn't reflect the values of your company. A simple I'm sorry from your delivery driver would have smoothed everything over. Very disappointing.
