I'm leaving a review for Mr. Gary Waters, who requested cleaning services during the construction phase, and when it came time to pay, he made excuses for not doing so, after having trusted his word as CEO. The role of a CEO is to honor the CIA's reputation by honoring its debts, not embarrassing it.
Sherode and Lester were awesome in getting what we needed done in our office. Sherode was responsive and went above and beyond to handle an issue that wasn’t his to handle. Highly recommend them and their customer service.
Of course, ratings are necessary, and I believe that using 5 stars in a review is intentional and reflects the value of the work or actions of those of us who use this space as an opportunity for expression. It's primarily to showcase our values, and I don't intend to diminish anyone else's experience. I say this from the perspective of the interest that motivates or discourages those who choose to use this public space, whether it's a public space or a platform for personal conduct, be it mistakes or errors. Even so, I respect everyone, as I know I have more spelling mistakes than perhaps anyone else who has done this. I hope to improve. In the meantime, I use my own cadences to reaffirm that if the intention is to improve a service or person, publicizing it is more about who and why. I am here for the benefit and in gratitude. I respond to my experience by noting that I now know I have many improvements to make, and I am grateful because I still have the opportunity to thank DocuVault and Google Maps for the time and space to be part of this open platform, which serves all participants. We all learn, and we learn with patience. We act better; it's just a matter of patience, and we don't buy or give it away as individuals; it's up to us to identify it and acquire it.
We used DocuVault for two shred jobs, one in Lakewood one at a storage unit in Thornton. Both drivers called ahead to say they were on their way & were very friendly. They didn't try to add any additional fees on the day of and their prices were 1/2 that of the shredding company we had used in the past. We were accidentally overcharged on one pickup, but they quickly responded to fix the mistake and refund the overpayment. I would use them again in the future and definitely recommend.
Wonderful customer service. They went way above and beyond to take care of the many boxes I needed to have shredded. I dealt with Sherode and Gary and I was so happy with both their kindness and willingness to meet the schedule I needed. I highly recommend them for any residential shredding.
We had Docuvault come to our facility and shred the boxes we had ready for them. Very convenient service. Driver was in communication about his arrival early on the day of service. I would recommend.
Lester Fowler is our service provider and we have great rapport with him. Whenever we have a slightly special request he's able to accommodate and if he can't, he tells us next steps in order to get things done. We couldn't be happier with Lester as our service person.
Horrible attitude. This employee of docuvault parked over the line making it very hard for me to get in the car(I am just out of back surgery) when confronted about how inconsiderate it was to overlap a handicap parking spot he threatened my mother. "I'm from philly." I hope this doesn't reflect the values of your company. A simple I'm sorry from your delivery driver would have smoothed everything over. Very disappointing.
